Bluebird Graphic Solutions is a world class, Woburn-based signage and custom fabrication company. We produce and install work commissioned by some of the most prestigious architects and designers on behalf of nationally recognized clients. With the growth of large format printing and its impact in the areas of signage, exhibition, and  place-making, the Graphics Lead position has the opportunity to influence and guide many of our most exciting projects.

Graphics Lead

Working both independently and as a team leader, the graphics lead is responsible for guiding the precise execution of all graphics production from start to finish. This includes file preparation, machine operations, color matching, printing, laminating, plotting, vinyl work, quality control, assembling, and packaging. They are also responsible for machine maintenance, department upkeep and organization, inventory, and ordering materials.

An ideal candidate would be familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite, namely Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Design experience or degree a plus. Previous experience in signage industry is a benefit but is not required.

Skills and Qualifications

As an applicant, you must:

• Be extremely detail oriented

• Be able to maintain an organized and clean work area

• Be able to maintain structured and organized documents and information

• Have familiarity and/or experience with wide-format printing

• Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

• Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year College or technical school

• Have a positive attitude, flexibility, and resilience facing constant change and tight deadlines

• Be present and punctual

• Be available for overtime and occasional weekend work

• Be able to take direction and be open to learning

• Have a valid driver’s license

• Have reliable transportation

• Be able to pass a background check, drug test, and physical exam

• Receive and respond to constructive feedback to foster your career growth and limprove your capabilities and deliverables.

• Take on appropriate production tasks on the shop floor to help complete your projects when needed.
