Our expertise is evident in our newest project, Lexington Labs, a new development by Greatland Realty Partners and the newest addition to their portfolio of successful life science innovation workspaces.

Bluebird was tasked with designing and implementing a “fresh and funky” design that provided a visual connection to the life science tenancy. The result was a color themed wayfinding system that features large scale dimensional lattice pattern. The pattern flows throughout the property, and is used to identify buildings, while visually connecting interior and outdoor spaces. The result is a comprehensive set of sign elements that have contributed to the property being fully leased, even before completion.
